Register Your Child

Please fill out the following form and return your registration fee to register your child.

I hereby wish to enrol my son/daughter for the school on the following days/sessions (tick all that apply).

By checking, I agree to share my form responses and pay the registration fee of £35.00 and the £50.00 deposit to Little Hummingbirds Daycare Ltd. If your child will only be using funded hours with us there is no

registration fee or deposit payable. This is only applicable to fee paying parents (non funded sessions).

How to Register

A place is allocated to a child on receipt of the completed online  registration form on this page and the £35.00 non-refundable registration fee. There is also a £50 deposit that reserves the placement, this becomes refundable on your first childcare bill. If the placement is not taken up then the £50 deposit will not be refunded.


We recommend that you visit The Goslings Nursery School before completing the form.

How to Pay Your Registration Fee

Upon receiving your completed registration form we will ask for the £35.00 registration fee and £50 deposit, please email us when you complete the form and we will send over the details to make the payment via BACS Transfer.
